Sleepy Hollow Campground, Wall, SD

We arrived in Wall on June 30 for a two week visit. The campground is adequate, walking distance to downtown Wall with all the shopping you wish. We didn't use any of the facilities at the park. Be aware that you are next to the railroad tracks. Trains were intermittent but when they came through at night, you knew it by the long whistles. We went to Wall Drugs for breakfast and were disappointed, the eggs and sausage were over cooked and the 5cent coffee was like water. The dough nuts on the other hand were really good. All the food prices are high but that seems to be the case everywhere. We were close to the Badlands and visited several different times. The best adventure was our sunset drive on the ridge road loop. We saw several singular bison, lots of prairie dogs at Prairie Dog Town. As we continued we came upon a herd of bison and calves.
